Instrucciones / Intructions: Orientación retrato y tamaño máximo de la impresión de 90 cm de ancho por 120 cm de alto. Los porta poster tienen las dimensiones de 100 cm de ancho por 200 cm de alto, por lo tanto los pósteres con dimensiones mayores a las del panel o con otra orientación no podrán ser instalados, para así evitar que se afecte a presentadores vecinos / Portrait orientation and maximum print size of 90 cm wide by 120 cm high. The poster holders have dimensions of 100 cm wide by 200 cm high, therefore posters with dimensions greater than those of the panel or with another orientation cannot be installed, to avoid affecting neighboring presenters.

Instalación y retiro del poster / Installation and removal of the poster: Los pósteres se adosarán con cinta adhesiva la cual se pondrá a disposición de los expositores en la sala de presentación. Los posters deben ser instalados el día asignado para la presentación antes de las 9 am y retirados después que finalice la presentación de su trabajo / The posters will be attached with adhesive tape which will be made available to exhibitors in the presentation room. Posters must be installed on the day assigned for the presentation before 9 am and removed after the presentation of your work is completed.

Poster language: Inglés.

El poster debe incluir los autores del trabajo y sus respectivas afiliaciones, destacando en negrita y subrayado el autor que presenta el trabajo. Se sugiere, considerar que el tamaño de figuras y tablas debe ser observable y distinguible a 2 metros de distancia / The poster must include the authors of the work and their respective affiliations, highlighting in bold and underlined the author presenting the work. It is suggested to consider that the size of figures and tables must be observable and distinguishable from 2 meters away.

Los presentadores de los posters deberán estar presentes durante todo el periodo asignado a la sesión correspondiente, ya que un comité evaluador de los pósteres seleccionará los mejores trabajos presentados en cada sesión / Poster presenters must be present during the entire period assigned to the corresponding session, since a poster evaluation committee will select the best works presented in each session.
